Quattro Review

I have decided to review the multi-stage protein product Quattro formulated by the company Magnum Nutraceuticals. This is an incredibly lean and uniquely versatile protein that could really be incorporated in any athlete’s diet and training regime due to its purity and quality profile. I will try to be as informative and helpful as I can but if I have missed anything please leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

QUATTRO’s Rating

Overall, I give Quattro a 9/10.

I have been in this industry a long time and when I look at a product I can almost always pick out a flaw or something that I do not like. With Quattro I genuinely cannot do that. It’s a great product and if you are looking to add-in or switch up your protein powder, you will not be disappointed.

Where Can I Buy Quattro Online?

I highly recommend you buy your supplements (including Quattro) online, as you will get much better prices than you can find in any supplement stores.  Below we will update the best websites to purchase Quattro at:

“So what is QUATTRO?”

Quattro is a high quality multi-stage protein release blend consisting of (in order of most abundant to least abundant) whey protein isolate, milk protein isolate, micellar casein and egg protein isolate. The majority of your typical “sustained” release protein blends out there almost ALWAYS are a whey concentrate first blend. When disclosing a blend of protein companies, by law, have to list the protein types in order of most abundant to least abundant. So when a company lists whey protein concentrate first, you can safely assume the majority of that blend is made up of whey concentrate, which is not “bad” by any means. Whey concentrate has its place in physique training. But when creating a high quality sustained release blend it should be near the end of that list or better yet not on there at all. Whey concentrate is the cheapest protein for companies to produce so many companies will create an “8 protein blend” that are more often than not just glorified whey concentrates.

That is not what you get with Quattro.

Quattro only uses higher quality protein types in their formula. But not only that, the order it is in makes for a well rounded, versatile product. With the fast digesting whey isolate first it opens the door for suitable post workout use followed up by milk, casein and egg breaking down at medium and slow rates to keep the body’s tissues in an anabolic state for a longer period of time giving it the thumbs up for throughout the day use or before bedtime use. To put it simply, this product is suitable for whenever you want to take it. Very easily prescribed in any of my clients routines.

The suggested serving size includes 60g of protein. Now I’d personally not recommend going that high unless you are a very large athlete as only lean muscle mass can metabolize and use protein. One scoop is more than likely all you are going to need and it is going to save you money in the long run making the tub last twice as long. This brings me to their suggested daily intake by overall body weight. Ignore this. For example they suggest a 190+ pound athlete take 4+ servings of this product a day. That equates to 240g of protein per day from powder alone. This should not be practiced by anybody your diet should be supplying the majority of your protein intake, not powder.

Quattro mixed up great for me and tasted fantastic as well. 1 to 1.5 scoops in 12-16oz of water was fantastic every single time. I am strictly talking about the updated flavour formulas though. I have never tried the original. You will see on the bottle written on a ribbon “new flavour”. This is the line I am vouching for, all of the flavours I never had a problem with.
